Originally from Battambang in Cambodia, a province bordering Thailand’s border, the couple is looking for the perfect marriage between the simplicity and the freshness of the ingredients to create the dishes offered by this region. It is through the influence of these two countries that our chefs have created harmonious arrangements of tastes contrasted with the underestimated use of spices and a well thought-out presentation.
