SDC Côte-des-Neiges
The Société de Développement Commercial (SDC) Côte-des-Neiges aims to contribute to the economic and commercial vitality, visibility, and visitor experience of the area, in order to support its economic, cultural, and social development in collaboration with local partners.
The SDC Côte-des-Neiges is a non-profit organization created in 2018 which brings together 230 merchants and professionals. It was the first commercial development corporation in the Côte-des-Neiges-Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough, making it a true pionneer.
Its territory covers chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges between chemin de la Côte-Sainte Catherine and Frère-André street, including the commercial sectors of avenues Gatineau, Lacombe, Swail, and Jean-Brillant street.
What we do!
The SDC fulfills its mission by bringing the neighbourhood to life and by developing innovative, structuring projects and events for the area, its merchants, professionals, visitors, and residents. It also provides relevant services to its member businessess and professionals.
The SDC Côte-des-Neiges is a dynamic, authentic, and surprising neighbourhood that spans everything form the essential to the unexpected! Recognized namely for Saint Joseph’s Oratory of Mount Royal, its universities, and its health services, Côte-des-Neiges is a family and student neighbourhood where life is good.
