The National Music Therapy Institute was founded by dedicated music therapists, educators and healthcare professionals who believe that music therapy and its many benefits should be more widely known, applied and available. That belief still drives the values and services of the Institute today.

The Institute educates and raises awareness of music therapy through:

Conferences, workshops, meetings and communication initiatives
Exchanges with professionals from healthcare and other fields
Collaborations with teaching and health institutions, researchers and community organizations.

Dedicated soundproof studios onsite – access reserved to music therapists working with the Institute;
An option of convenient online services to reach those who prefer or require remote access;
Ongoing support and assistance for pilot projects, start-up developments and new services.
