This discovery itinerary presented in partnership with Tourisme Montréal, offers an enriching and memorable day of exploration. Get ready to discover Montreal’s historic, cultural, and natural gems, all in one day!

Start your journey with a flavorful meal at I Am Pho, a Vietnamese restaurant renowned for its rich soups—perfect for fueling up. Once you’ve had your fill, begin your climb up Mount Royal Park to reach the Kondiaronk Lookout. It’s the ideal spot to take in the cityscape before diving back into the action.
With your photos captured, head back down toward Sherbrooke Street, a true cultural hub. Take a moment to explore the many chic bistros and cafés near Concordia University before stepping through the doors of the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts (MMFA), where the permanent collections and bold architecture offer an inspiring artistic break.
Continue your journey—on foot for the more adventurous or via the metro—toward the famous Atwater Market. Treat yourself to some artisanal pastries or a refreshing ice cream. From there, stroll along the Lachine Canal to discover industrial and architectural icons, such as the legendary Farine Five Roses sign. Finally, end your day on a high note at the pier: rent a pedal boat and glide across the water to admire the city from a truly unique perspective.
