Opened in 1994 under the name of Brûlerie St-Denis, the artisanal roasting house changed its name in 2015 to be called Brûlerie Urbaine. This means that we have been roasting coffee at 5252 Chemin de la Côte des Neiges in Montréal for over 25 years.

The coffees sold come from many different countries and regions of the world. They are marketed under their country name or as special blends. They can be Organic, fairly traded or not. All are Arabicas.

Our customers are loyal for two main reasons: (1) the excellent taste and freshness of our coffees; and (2) the incredibly varied choice we offer, which is constantly evolving.

Much more than a coffee shop, La Brûlerie Urbaine is a lively place with a warm atmosphere. In addition to serving coffee and pastries, La Brûlerie Urbaine has its own restaurant which is opened early in the morning for breakfast, then brunch, lunch and until the evening.
