Many student bars of our district, La Retenue, La Maisonn\u00e9e et le St-Houblon, are participating to the program are participating to the program Commande un Angelot<\/em> whose objective is to combat sexual violence in student bars. This initiative aims to prevent dangerous situations and to protect those in need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
f you feel unsafe or are worried about the safety of someone else, you can go to the bar and notify a staff member of your situation by ordering an Angelot <\/p>\n\n\n\n
No questions about the situation will be asked and no justification will be required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The staff members are then responsible for applying the protocol. The protocol includes information on support resources for those seeking help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The name Angelot<\/em>, \u201clittle angel,\u201d a term here used as resonance to the protection it brings to the person in need, when it order this fictitious cocktail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The aim of this project is to ensure adequate protection <\/strong>of those who feel unsafe; To prevent sexual violence <\/strong>in bars frequented by the student community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
