And yes, more than 100 hectares are cultivated, in both summer and winter, with a greenhouse system that supplies the brand’s two restaurants. In summer, you can enjoy their cocktails with fruits from…the farm! A great initiative that certainly allows consumers to enjoy the contents of their plates more.
