Our breads come from handcrafted with recipes that promote the use of natural flours. A slow kneading, a long fermentation and a baking in a stone-bottomed oven are the essential steps respected by our bakers to give the taste of traditional French bread. We carefully select our ingredients for their quality.
We also favor local products and suppliers.
Over the years, we have expanded our offer to provide a variety of bakery products such as ‘viennoiseries’, pastries and other savory pleasures; all as greedy as they are refined. Moreover, the reputation and the quality of our bread naturally prompted us to develop an original sandwich and gourmet.
Freshness being our priority, we prepare the majority of our products directly in the shop. These are real “Ateliers Boulangers” because this is where we make, but also create new tasty recipes.
